Episode 1

In episode 1, Angharad Masson, Crew Member at Porthcawl Lifeboat Station, raced to the rescue of a surfer being dragged towards rocks in heavy surf.

Episode 2

Amanda and her son Ellis appeared in episode 2 when they were rescued by Perranporth lifeguards after being dragged out to sea by a flash rip current.

Episode 3

In episode 3, Pat Davidson, Coxswain at Peterhead RNLI, took part in the dramatic rescue of a fishing trawler just seconds away from tragedy.

Episode 4

Matt Leat, Crew Member at Tower RNLI, rushed to the aid of a man being dragged below the surface of the River Thames by a strong current in episode 4.

Episode 5

Helm Lee Duncan and Tractor Driver Mark Smith, from Trearddur Bay RNLI, appeared in episode 5 when they rescued a surfer fighting for her life in very difficult sea conditions.

In episode 6, Kelley, Crew Member at Calshot RNLI, launched to rescue two very cold casualties from a capsized watercraft.

Andrew Wilde, Crew Member at Rhyl RNLI, appeared in episode 7 when he helped rescue a dog who had chased seagulls out to sea.

Nicky Prince, Crew Member at New Brighton RNLI, helped search for a man drifting out to sea across the mouth of the River Mersey in episode 9.

Episode 10

Margot Lawrence, RNLI Lifeguard at Whitesands Beach, appeared in episode 10 when she, along with St Davids lifeboat crew, went to the rescue of an injured man who had fallen from some rocks.
