Weston Super Mare Fundraising Branch
We are an extremely active and successful branch and are proud to support our local Weston-super-Mare Lifeboat Station in Weston Bay.
We have had to leave our station on Birnbeck Pier after 132 years due to the dilapidated state of the pier. The lifeboats are currently housed in a temporary station and we are fundraising for a new station and lifeboat centre.
If you wish to make a donation, we have a JustGiving page.
Our enthusiastic volunteers, chaired by Peter Elmont, work hard to organise the many varied regular events including a lifeboat parade, collection on Weston Grand Pier, open day and Burns night etc.
If you would like a talk about the RNLI, please contact Glyn Hayes on firstname.lastname@example.org
We also have a souvenir shop at Anchor Head.
We are always pleased to welcome new volunteers, opportunities and ideas so if you live locally and would like to help us, we would love to hear from you.
Just one good deed can make all the difference
