Our staff
The team behind our lifeboat crews and lifeguards is the RNLI staff.
This professional and talented group of people ensures we can deliver a 24/7 search and rescue and lifeguard service. Our staff also support the RNLI’s drowning prevention work by campaigning for changes in attitudes and behaviour of those at risk. In charge of the RNLI’s day-to-day running are the Chief Executive and Executive Team.
