RNLI Troon Lifeboat Station

Troon Lifeboat Station

Established in 1871, the lifeboat station at Troon covers the lower Firth of Clyde with its two lifeboats – a D class inshore lifeboat and a Shannon class all-weather lifeboat. Crew members have received three RNLI medals for gallantry.
