Loud and Clear 2026 is now available
The 2026 edition of Loud and Clear – the RNLI’s two-page resource full of facts and key messages about our charity – is now available for volunteers and staff to download. It’s a handy reference guide with key information to support you when you have conversations about the RNLI.
The colour scheme of this year’s Loud and Clear is inspired by a quarter of a century of RNLI lifeguards making our beaches safer. You’ll find some key facts about what they have achieved over the past 25 years, as well as the usual facts, figures and key information about all our lifesaving work.
Look out for a new section on how our value of ‘courage’ is helping us to create a safer RNLI.
There is also a section on the RNLI’s work in the English Channel – having the facts to hand can be helpful to those having conversations on this subject. If you don’t feel safe or comfortable having a conversation, please do not feel you have to. Your safety always comes first.

Will I get a hard copy?
We encourage people to use the online version. If you use Loud and Clear regularly, we recommend saving the links to the ‘Favourites’ section on your web browser. Some printed copies will be made available to teams who regularly interact with the public.
Loud and Clear is an internal document designed to give our people all the information they need when talking about the RNLI – it is not designed to be handed out to members of the public.
We hope you’ll find this edition of Loud and Clear useful. Please get in touch with the RNLI Internal Communications Team if you would like to share any feedback.
