Visits admin documents

Our visits volunteer admin documents are key for planning and running RNLI visits. A great starting point is the visits handbook, which includes information such as ideas for activities, a checklist of things to do before and during a visit, and safeguarding tips.

You’ll also find a booking form with terms and conditions for visitors, and a tracking form to help you monitor the number of people attending your visit.

Risk assessment support

As a visits volunteer, it’s important to do a risk assessment to keep everyone safe. You must carry out a risk assessment once per year – please contact your community manager to arrange one.
