Head coach and director Ash Mc Fee who runs the business with his wife Natalie said 'Its been a great 90 minute workout for a fantastic charity and I would like to thank everyone who part today. To make the event more challenging myself and coach Josh Noble wore RNLI inshore lifeboat dry suits.
The charity is very close to our hearts at the gym as some of our members are RNLI volunteer crewmembers and I have often heard their pagers go off at the gym and watch them heading off to the boathouse.'

Hartlepool RNLI coxswain Matt Adams who is a member of the gym said 'I would like to thank Ash and everyone who took part in what I would like to describe as a 'very challenging' 90 minute challenge. The donations from those that took part in the event will help us play our part in saving lives at sea.'
