Glenn Murphy who runs the pub with his partner Hazel Whitelock who is the Landlady of the premises said 'Our annual beer club visit to the Tooth and Claw brewery at the Camerons Brewery site proved to be a great day once again where we were able to brew our own beer which we decided to name 'Fish Brew.'

The proceeds of this beer which we sold at our pub was donated to the RNLI who we are great supporters of along with a donation from the sales of the Camerons Brewery history books.

The RNLI was also our charity of the month.'

Hartlepool RNLI volunteer crewmember Darren Killick said 'Once again our friends at the Fishermans Arms have raised this amazing amount to help us maintain our lifeboats and support my fellow volunteer crewmembers who are all on call 24-7 to help people in trouble at sea as we commemorate 200 years of the RNLI charity.'
