Over 60 vehicles turned out for a spring clean, and while their owners waited they could treat themselves to cake and refreshments provided by members of the fundraising team. A total of £637 was raised on the day.

Organiser of the event and Fundraising Treasurer, Sian Morris, said:

‘We are grateful to the local community who supported our first fundraising car wash. Our volunteer crew worked incredibly hard all day, and the funds raised will help provide our crews with essential lifesaving equipment.’
