Two yachtsmen rescued by Hartlepool RNLI
Hartlepool RNLI volunteers were paged at 6.28pm on Saturday 1st April by Humber Coastguard to assist a 26ft yacht with two people on board that appeared to have a difficulty with its steering approximately three miles off Redcar.
Following an assessment of the situation it was decided to request the assistance of the all weather lifeboat to tow the vessel back to Kafiga Landings at Hartlepool.
