Boat Alert for Flint RNLI

Lifeboats News Release

A member of the public contacted Flint RNLI with concerns after watching a boat launch at Greenfield with four persons aboard.

The information was relayed to Holyhead Coastguard who authorised the Launch of Flint lifeboat, the lifeboat was taken by road to Greenfield where it launched just after 10 pm.

A thorough search of the river from Greenfield to Mostyn was undertaken by the volunteer crew, nothing was found, and after consultation with the coastguard the lifeboat was recovered at Greenfield and returned to Flint.
