Social sustainability

It’s our vision to end preventable loss of life at sea, which in itself provides value to people and society. But there are many other positive impacts we can aim to achieve along the way too.

Our social responsibility to our people and our communities

Our Sustainability Plan aims to optimize the positive and minimise the negative social impacts of all our activities, products and services.

It sets out ways we can look after, develop and empower our volunteers and staff, and work in partnership with communities and other stakeholders, to help us maintain a sustainable organisation. One where we make the most of the diversity, talent and innovation among our people to deliver our lifesaving goals.
