Bangor RNLI join local community for Armistice Day
Representatives from Bangor RNLI attended this morning's Remembrance ceremony at the Cenotaph in Ward Park Bangor.
Lifeboat Operations Manager Byron Griffiths said that he was very proud that over 20 of Bangor RNLI's volunteers turned up to support this important day.
The sun shone on the large crowd of spectators as they stood shoulder to shoulder to remember and pay tribute to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice during World War 1 and 2. And to those who have and are still suffering as a result of war and conflict around the world.
