Hunstanton theatre team take part in Mayday Mile for RNLI
Staff at a seaside theatre are taking part in the RNLI's Mayday Mile.
Charlie, who works as a lighting technician at the popular venue, is also a hovercraft commander at the nearby lifeboat station.
Front of house manager Andy, who has so far walked 42 miles, said: 'The RNLI isn't funded by the government and we live by the sea, so it's not a matter of if you have to go out and save lives, it's a matter of when.'
Andy and Carol, who works in the theatre box office, came to the lifeboat station to watch lifeboat Spirit of West Norfolk set out on a training launch, with Charlie at the helm.
This year's Mayday Mile has so far raised almost £250,000, with more than 3,000 entrants clocking up around 40,000 miles between them.
