Help save lives: RNLI face-to-face fundraising roles now open in the South East!
The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) are looking for face-to-face fundraisers to join it’s team supporting the 200 year old lifesaving charity.
Face-to-face fundraisers are a crucial part of the RNLI. They reach thousands of people every year, sharing important water safety messages with beachgoers and visitors at some of the summers most popular events. They are also vital in helping the RNLI continue it’s lifesaving service, encouraging new supporters to sign up and make a donation.
Face-to-face fundraisers receive full, high-quality training, and competitive rates of pay whilst developing valuable professional skills and being able to support the RNLI, a lifesaving charity that has been operating for over 200 years.
This year, the lifesaving charity is looking to recruit around 200 face-to-face fundraisers, with part-time, full-time, seasonal and year-round opportunities available.
Luke Curry, Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager for East Sussex and Kent, said: ‘Being a Face-to-Face fundraiser is a vital role in supporting the RNLI’s lifesaving work. The role is very flexible and offers the chance to work in some stunning coastal locations. If you’re friendly, energetic and able to talk to anyone, and interested in helping to share safety advice with thousands of beach visitors every summer, it could be the role for you’.
In the South East, face-to-face fundraiser roles are available in; Dorset, the Isle of Wight, East and West Sussex, and Kent.
Caroline Waddington, a face-to-face fundraiser in the South East, said: ‘I get to make a real difference everyday. I’ve supported the RNLI for years, and getting the opportunity to support the charity means a lot to me. No two days are the same; meeting new people and different places.’
RNLI face-to-face fundraising vacancies are now available across the UK and Ireland with a range of hours from part- to full-time. To apply or find out more, visit rnli.org/FundraiserJobs
