Kessock RNLI collaborate with The People’s Show Choir Black Isle for Christmas

Lifeboats News Release

Volunteers from Kessock RNLI teamed up with The People’s Show Choir Black Isle for a festive rendition of Phil Coulter’s ‘Home From The Sea’ to raise funds for the RNLI.

The video shows lifesaving volunteers from Kessock RNLI with choir members from The People’s Show Choir Black Isle coming together to raise awareness and funds for the RNLI this Christmas.

The recording of Phil Coulter’s ‘Home From The Sea’ was posted on social media and gained a lot of traction, with many donating to the local RNLI lifeboat station.

A spokesperson from Kessock RNLI says: ‘Stand back Cliff, Noddy and Mariah! What a treat we have for you this Christmas, we’ve only gone and recorded a Christmas single!

‘Thanks to Ula and Baz, we have collaborated with The People’s Show Choir Black Isle, to help raise vital funds a Christmas. Ula and Baz organised this and ensured that everything was in place in order for this to work from signing lessons to production. We think it’s amazing, and hopefully you do as well.’
