Longhope RNLI raises over £500 thanks to community of Flotta

The Longhope Lifeboat Guild Travelling Bazaar visited Flotta on 16 November and raised £547.16 for the Longhope RNLI Lifeboat Station.

On Saturday 16 November, the Longhope Lifeboat Guild Travelling Bazaar visited the island of Flotta in Orkney and raised an incredible £547.16, despite the windy weather.

A spokesperson for the Longhope Lifeboat Guild says: 'As always, we were given a very warm welcome by the island community and their outstanding generosity enabled us to raise an amazing £547.16 for Longhope RNLI. Thank you.'
