After much hard work and dedication, Laura Hibbert completed her ILB Crew Plan which means she will now progress to begin her training as Helm on the D Class inshore lifeboat.

Other successful members of crew included Gareth Robinson who also completed his ILB Crew Plan, Simon Adey-Davies passing mechanic assessments, Emyr Parry Head Launcher assessments and Luke Heritage our Station Mechanic who is working towards becoming a future Coxswain.

John Roberts one of the trainers at Llandudno explained: 'these assessment days are very demanding in terms of the crew being volunteers and having to take time off work, study for and pass demanding assessments around family and work life.
