Delight as The Lizard RNLI Lifeboat Day Returns

Lifeboats News Release

Huge thanks to everyone who came to our lifeboat day on Sunday 30th July.

RNLI/Lyndsay Bray

After an absence of 3 years it was fabulous to welcome so many visitors back to Kilcobben Cove. Grateful thanks to everyone who made cakes and sweet treats and to those who volunteered their time throughout the day.

We were delighted to welcome members of the Mullion Coastguard Rescue Team along with Mullion Firefighters and other RNLI personnel who were on hand to offer water safety advice and information about the RNLI.

Thank you to Phil Greet for again supplying and manning the PA and sound system and to Peter Greenslade for providing our visitors with a little bit of history of our station.

On behalf of us all at The Lizard Lifeboat Station we wish to thank you all for your continued support.
