Longhope RNLI attend Wick RNLI Harbour Day

Lifeboats News Release

On Saturday 24 June, the Longhope RNLI lifeboat, Helen Comrie, crossed the Pentland Firth to support their flanking station, Wick RNLI, at their annual Harbour Day.

An incredible £14,100 was raised for the RNLI and the event was well attended, with people given the opportunity to be shown around the two lifeboats.

A spokesperson for Longhope RNLI says: 'We would like to thank Wick RNLI for their superb hospitability, and thank everyone who supported this event to help us save lives at sea.'
