Newbiggin's Fundraising Team organised refreshments at the lifeboat station and thanks to the generosity of all those visiting on the day over £300 was raised.

The famous Bedlington Terrier is the focus of this group who are based in Northumberland but have a membership across the region and beyond. Their visit to Newbiggin enables the terrier owners and others to get together for a formalised beach walk with a large group of this unique breed enjoying the fresh sea air.

This is their first walk for Newbiggin RNLI since 2019 enjoying the fresh sea air and refreshments afterwards thanks to the fundraisers here.
