Busy Largs Community Safety Team will attend their 41st event this year

Largs Community Safety Team have had a very busy year having been present at no less than 40 events this Year alone.

Largs RNLI Community Safety Team have worked so hard this year to drive home the message of safety on or near water also inviting sailors and others to bring along their life jackets for inspection in order to ensure they are fit for purpose and will work correctly in an emergency, a life may depend on it.

During October Scotland's Boat Show will take place at Inverkip Marina,from Friday the 11th through to Sunday 13th the team will once again be in attendance in their gazebo which will be located at the forthcoming show.

This event will mark the team's 41st event this year, so, please come along, visit the team and give them your support for this important life saving charity.

The RNLI charity saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24-hour search and rescue service around the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland coasts. The RNLI operates 238 lifeboat stations in the UK and Ireland and more than 240 lifeguard units on beaches around the UK and Channel Islands.
