Douglas RNLI called out to assist in search for missing person
Douglas RNLI volunteer crew members were paged at 6.25pm today (13 May) at the request of the Coastguard following a person being reported as missing.
Having reached Derby Castle on their return journey the crew were asked to extend their search south of Douglas along the Marine Drive.
Passing the entrance to Douglas harbour just after 7pm the lifeboat crew were advised that the missing person had been located and the lifeboat could be stood down to return to its berth.
