
Award presentation for Bridlington lifeboat fundraiser
Lifeboat volunteer crewman and fundraiser Bob Taylor was taken by surprise at RNLI Coastal Review recently..
On the 23 January 2018 the RNLI team visited again and after a guided tour of the new station and the new Shannon Antony Patrick Jones, a meeting with the crew and management group took place.
Once the meeting closed Sir Tim Laurence head of the review team, took the opportunity to present the volunteer crewman and fundraising chairman with a certificate of achievement and an RNLI award for his incredible fundraising work.
In his position as fundraising Chairman Bob has become well known around the area and with his team of volunteers has done a magnificent job in his first year in the position.

As a charity, we rely heavily upon the generosity, enthusiasm and passion of our volunteers, all the qualities which Bob has.
