Second shout in a week for Penarth's busy RNLI crews.
Penarth's Atlantic lifeboat was launched shortly after 11.30am today, 22nd February 2018.
Jason Dunlop, lifeboat operations manager for Penarth RNLI station said, 'this call out is a timely reminder for boat owners to check that their boats are prepared for going to sea, especially in this cold spell.'
This was the second call out in a matter of days for the Penarth volunteers.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24-hour search and rescue service around the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland coasts.
