The all-weather lifeboat (ALB) proceeded to the vessel's position given by Humber Coastguard which was approximately five miles east of Great Yarmouth.

Once the ALB was on scene it established a tow with the casualty vessel. The casualty was then taken back to its home berth in the River Yare.

Second Coxswain Andy Mason said: ‘Once on arrival on scene all 11 people on board were fine and still happily fishing, the skipper had done the right thing asking for assistance to get the vessel and its crew home safe and well.’
