Little and Broad Haven RNLI volunteer crew assist a capsized boat
The volunteer crew at Little and Broad Haven RNLI lifeboat launched on service this afternoon (19 April) at 1pm after a boat carrying four passengers capsized in the surf just off Little Haven.
Milford Haven Coastguards tasked Little and Broad Haven RNLI lifeboat to assist the capsized vessel which had overturned in the surf just off Little Haven.
On arrival the four crew men and the boat had been washed up onto the rocks north side of Little Haven.
The four crew men were immediately escorted back to the beach where the Broad Haven Coastguard team was standing by.
The volunteer crew then managed to successfully get the boat off the rocks and rewrite it.
Once the boat was tied off to a mooring boy the crew returned to station.
