St Davids RNLI all-weather lifeboat called out
On Monday February 20 at 5.03pm St Davids RNLI all-weather lifeboat Norah Wortley, launched on service to the aid of a 34ft yacht which had suffered a mechanical breakdown.
The vessel which was on passage from Fleetwood to the Bristol channel had two persons on board, and was in a position near to the North Bishop rock.
Once on scene the volunteer lifeboat crew secured a towline to the casualty, and commenced to take it under tow to Milford Haven docks.
On arrival at the docks and after securing the casualty safely, they returned to station arriving back at 9.55pm.
