Any monies raised in support of these efforts will be used to assist with purchasing some computer equipment in order to facilitate crew members in completing the rigorous training required by the RNLI to ensure that as crew they are competent in their abilities when saving lives at sea.

The 2017 Anglesey Half Marathon will take place on the 5th of March covering 13.1 miles (21.12 km) from Menai Bridge, along the coast past Beaumaris Castle and back, passing Beaumaris Lifeboat Station at the 9th mile for some refreshments and final motivation from the non-participating crew!

Any donations received will go a long way towards ensuring the crew at Beaumaris Lifeboat Station have additional tools to support their training and the service provided by the volunteers of the RNLI, Who are on call 24 hours a day every day of the year.
