
Criccieth RNLI Lifeboat launch to submerged car
At 10.00am on February 11th, 2017 volunteer crew members from Criccieth's RNLI Lifeboat Station launched following reports of a submerged car near Black Rock Sands.
It was understood that the vehicle was unoccupied prior to the launch. The Crew undertook a search of the area to ensure no persons were nearby. After ensuring no one was injured or in danger, the Crew were stood down and returned to Station allowing Criccieth's UK Coastguard team and North Wales Police to continue investigations regarding the vehicles owners.
