Port Isaac RNLI committee members receive special award
Two members of the Port Isaac RNLI fundraising committee have been given awards for Excellence in Volunteering by the charity.
Liz Cooke and Jan Rowe have received the accolade in recognition of the dedicated and professional support they have provided to Port Isaac Committee and it has been recognised that their tireless efforts to fundraise for the RNLI helps save lives at sea. The awards come just as the station is launching its campaign to raise £52,000 to buy a new D-Class lifeboat.
