Plymouth Atlantic 75 inshore Lifeboat tasked to person in the water

Lifeboats News Release

Falmouth Coastguard tasked the RNLI B class lifeboat Millenium Forrester at 10.14pm on Monday 4 December.

Reports came in of a female in the water by the Lido on Plymouth Hoe. The Police Helicopter and Plymouth all-weather lifeboat and volunteer crew also assisted in the incident. A woman was recovered from the water and taken to Millbay Marina to waiting Devon and Cornwall Police and the South West Ambulance Service. Both lifeboats returned to the station ready for service
