The Ladies worked tirelessly throughout the day with a variety of stalls including tombola, gifts and fancy goods along with the lifeboat shop's array of souvenirs. Also popular with the many visitors was the home baking table which with hot beverages proved irresistible.

The fair was staged to coincide with a number of other special local events including the annual kite festival which increased the weekend visitor numbers.

With the summer months coming up the Ladies are already making plans for their next fundraising venture.
