Newbiggin Lifeboat Fundraising Thanks

Lifeboats News Release

Newbiggin Fundraisers say a big thank you for two significant summer fundraising events

The thank you goes out out to everyone who made our Lifeboat Day such a success where over £2650 was raised - a fantastic result.
Despite mixed weather on the day the success of the event was due to the hard work of the volunteer team, the generosity of our many supporters and donors and everyone else who did their bit to help us in many ways.
In addition the volunteer team ran a further event at the lifeboat station to coincide with the Newbiggin Maritime Tall Ships Fringe Festival where over £600 was raised over a very busy Bank Holiday Monday.
Once again thank you to everyone for your continued support.
