
St Davids RNLI inshore lifeboat launches to dog fallen from cliffs
On Saturday (21 May) at 4.26pm St Davids RNLI inshore lifeboat with its volunteer crew, launched on service to a dog which had gone over the cliff.
The dog was located between Abereiddi and Porthgain, one volunteer lifeboat crewman went ashore and guided the St Davids coastguard team to the position.
A coastguard member descended the cliff and recovered the dog, which had survived with minor injuries.
After making sure everyone was safe the lifeboat returned to station arriving back at 5.35pm
