RNLI Wirral BeachROX 2026

The Wirral and Denbighshire RNLI Lifeguards are hosting a HYROX-inspired Lifeguard fitness event.

This event will consist of 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a functional exercise inspired by lifeguard operations, incorporating RNLI equipment. Competitors can enter as individuals, doubles, or teams of four in a relay format.

All ticket donations will contribute towards a £25,000 seasonal fundraising target for the RNLI, with proceeds collated through a central JustGiving page. Set up your own fundraising page or make a donation here - https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/lifeguards-25th

The event will run from 2.30pm-9pm and will be supported by volunteers from lifeguard teams, local stations, and staff.

Adult individual and pairs entry - £22.38 per person

Junior individual entry (16-17 year olds) - £16.96 per person

Teams of 4 - £16.96 per person
