The ever-popular Raft Race returns to Swanage Lifeboat Week this year, kicking off a weekend of fundraising events.
Teams of six are invited to build the fastest, most stable, and best-decorated raft they can, before taking on the course. Crews must paddle their raft, rescue their damsel in distress, and return them safely to the beach to claim their winners' medals!
The minimum age to take part is 8 years old. Parental consent is required for all participants under 18.
