RNLI Swanage Lighthouse Loop Run
The Lighthouse Loop is one of the standout events of Swanage Lifeboat Week, and also one of the six official races in the Purbeck Trail Series.
This mainly trail‑based 5k route sets off from Peveril Point, near Swanage Lifeboat Station, and follows the dramatic Jurassic coastline through Durlston Country Park.
Runners will pass the iconic Anvil Point Lighthouse before looping back into Swanage to complete this scenic coastal challenge.
Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or simply looking for an inspiring summer run, the Lighthouse Loop offers breathtaking views, a great atmosphere, and a chance to support the RNLI.
