Treasurer

Jim is Chief Executive Officer of the OneFamily Group, one of the leading financial services mutuals in the UK. A qualified actuary, Jim has more than 26 years’ leadership experience in the insurance, investment management, savings, and pensions sectors.

Before joining OneFamily, Jim held senior finance and general management roles at Lloyd's of London and Legal & General, including Divisional CEO, CFO and COO roles.

Jim is also non-executive chair of the People's Partnership, the provider of The People's Pension, and is a board member of the Association of British Insurers.

He was elected to the RNLI Council in 2021 appointed Treasurer Designate and a member of the Finance Committee in the same year and became Treasurer in 2022.
