Sligo Bay RNLI Seafood Night to return to The Strand Bar

Now a much-loved fixture in the local social calendar, the evening brings together the volunteer crew, local businesses and the wider community for great local seafood, entertainment and good company, while raising funds to support the station's lifesaving work on the water.

Tickets are now available from the Lifeboat shop, open Saturday and Sundays from 12pm – 3pm, Harry’s Bar in Rosses Point and of course The Strand Bar in Strandhill. Guests on the night will enjoy delicious seafood chowder and a mouthwatering platter of local seafood.

Mark Ballentine, Sligo Bay RNLI volunteer and event organiser, said: ‘On behalf of the crew, we warmly thank The Strand Bar, our sponsors, local business and everyone who comes along on the night to support saving lives at sea. If you haven’t been before why not gather your family, friends or work colleagues and come along. If you have been before then we look forward to welcoming you back. Every ticket sold will help power our lifesaving work at sea.'
