Celebrating 20 years of service at Cardigan RNLI

Over the past two decades, Jane has played a vital role in supporting the RNLI’s lifesaving work. Through her commitment, enthusiasm and countless hours of volunteering, she has helped raise vital funds that enable RNLI volunteers to continue saving lives at sea.

As shop manager, Jane has been a familiar and welcoming face to visitors at Cardigan Lifeboat Station, helping supporters learn more about the RNLI while ensuring the shop remains an important source of fundraising for the charity. Her dedication behind the scenes, attention to detail and passion for the RNLI have made a lasting impact on the station and the wider community.

Fundraising is at the heart of the RNLI’s ability to provide a 24-hour search and rescue service, and volunteers like Jane are essential to that mission. Her contribution over the past 20 years has helped support the crews, lifeguards and all those who work to keep people safe around our coasts.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24-hour search and rescue service around the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland coasts.
