Robert and Clive were delighted to present the £1,200 donation to the Port Talbot Lifeboat Fundraising Team. The challenge was undertaken with the fantastic support of fellow RNLI volunteers Paul Dubec and Rhys Johns, who helped ensure the team completed the journey safely and successfully. Special thanks must also go to Baglan Funeral Home, who kindly supplied the support vehicle for the event.

The cyclists arrived back at Port Talbot Lifeboat Station as planned, where they were welcomed by members of the station, their families and the Fundraising Team. Robert Owen said:

‘The ride went very well and to plan. I’m really pleased that we undertook the challenge, and we couldn’t have done it without the fantastic support from the whole team.’

Robert and Clive would like to extend their sincere thanks to everyone who donated and supported the challenge. Clive said:

‘Every penny raised will help support the work of Port Talbot Lifeboat Station and help the RNLI continue its vital work of saving lives at sea.

‘Thank you all for your incredible support!’
