This week, 24 – 30 March, is Debt Awareness Week, which aims to raise awareness of the stigma around debt, encourage conversations about debt and show people how to get help.

How do I deal with debt stress?

If you feel like you’re dealing with stress triggered by debt, the charity StepChange have a six step process to help resolve this:
