The Helly Hansen discount weekend is back this autumn!

From Friday 29 September–Monday 2 October, all RNLI volunteers and staff – plus your family and friends – can get 30% off full price items on HellyHansen.com and HHworkwear.com in the UK and Ireland.

Every time someone makes a purchase using the code, Helly Hansen will donate 10% of everything spent back to the RNLI.

So far, Helly Hansen have raised over half a million pounds for the RNLI , including supporting our Mayday campaign this year. They are committed to supporting our drowning prevention work and this year helped us to deliver key safety messaging to paddle sport audiences, helping us in our aim of saving lives through sharing vital water safety messages.

Can I share the code?

You can use the code as many times as you want and feel free to share it with as many friends and family as you like.

However, please keep in mind that the code will be bespoke for the RNLI and should not be communicated via social media or any public forum. So, you can share it via SMS, private message, email and word of mouth.

Please bear in mind that the code is only valid on the UK and IE sites.

What if the product received doesn’t fit or I want to return it?

All orders come with a free 30-day exchange or return policy so you can exchange items for a different colour or size at no charge, or return goods free of charge for a refund of the price paid. If you need to a return an item, please read the information on the returns section of the website.

Do Helly Hansen deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man? HellyHansen.com ships to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Please make sure you select ‘United Kingdom’ on the ‘Shipping Address’ page and this will work.

This discount code is only available on deliveries within the United Kingdom/ Ireland and is not valid on HH sites in other geographical territories.

Are there any additional taxes to pay?

The price you see and agree to pay online is the final price – any additional taxes are covered by Helly Hansen.

What if my order is cancelled due to a stock situation?

If your order is unfortunately cancelled due to lack of availability at the time of picking, please connect with Customer Care and they will be happy to provide a solution for you: HH UK Orders / HH Republic of Ireland Orders / HH Workwear UK Orders / HH Workwear Republic of Ireland Orders.

Does the 30% code work on Image Scotland?

The Helly Hansen family and friends 30% discount code is for full price items on HellyHansen.com or HHWorkwear.com, and on these websites you cannot add any additional embroidery. You can order Helly Hansen clothing with embroidery from Image Scotland, however this is a separate website which is already subsidised for RNLI volunteers and staff, so the discount code does not apply on this site.

What if I realise I made an error on my order?

If you realise you have made an error on your order (you put the wrong shipping address, forgot to add something to the order or chose the wrong size, for example) you can cancel your order for up to 15 minutes after you have placed it and then simply place a new, correct order.

After 15 minutes your order cannot be cancelled, but you can use the 30-day free returns option to return the products for a full refund.
