The Aquapac discount weekend is here! 

From 9am on Friday 26 August to 9pm on Thursday 1 September, all RNLI volunteers and staff – plus your family and friends – can get 30% off full price items on aquapac.net

Every time someone makes a purchase using the code, Aquapac will donate 10% of everything spent back to the RNLI. 

Aquapac are aiming to raise £70,000 for the RNLI in 2022. They are committed to supporting our drowning prevention work and this year are helping us deliver key safety messaging to their boating, sailing and water sports audiences.

Having a way of calling for help when out on the water – such as a mobile phone – is a key part of the RNLI's safety advice, so have a look at what's on offer and see if you, and your friends and family, could take advantage of this Aquapac discount this weekend.

Frequently asked questions

Can I share the code? 

You can use the code as many times as you want and feel free to share it with as many friends and family as you like. 

However, please keep in mind that the code will be bespoke for the RNLI and should not be communicated via social media or any public forum. So, you can share it via SMS, private message, email and word of mouth.

What if I want to return the product?

All orders come with a free 14-day exchange or return policy so you can exchange items for a different colour or size at no charge, or return goods free of charge for a refund of the price paid. If you need to a return an item, please read the information on the returns section of Aquapac’s website.

Do Aquapac deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man?

Yes. Please make sure you select ‘United Kingdom’ on the ‘Shipping Address’ page. We use DPD to ship to almost everywhere except Highlands and Islands around the UK where we use Royal Mail.

Are there any additional taxes to pay?

The price you see and agree to pay online is the final price – if you want shipment to an EU country then we can organise that too.

What if my order is cancelled due to a stock situation? 

If your order is unfortunately cancelled due to lack of availability at the time of picking, please email [email protected].

What if I realise I made an error on my order? 

If you realise you have made an error on your order (you put the wrong shipping address, forgot to add something to the order or chose the wrong size, for example) you can cancel your order for up to one hour after you have placed it and then simply place a new, correct order. Email [email protected] and we can sort this out immediately.

After one hour your order cannot be cancelled, but you can use the 14-day free returns option to return the products for a full refund.
