St Ives in Cornwall

Cornwall is a fantastic place for adventure - where better to discover an exciting new watersport like surfing or kayaking? You could even try your hand at navigating around the coastline with a coasteering group, where you're guaranteed to catch the best views of the beach.

If you like your days a little more relaxed, you’re still in luck. In west Cornwall, there’s nothing quite like a balmy evening spent taking in the spectacular scenery, relaxing outside a café or playing a game of volleyball on the sand. You won't find this in any other summer job!

Join our fundraising team and you'll soon discover there's more to west Cornwall than meets the eye. Tucked away in the sleepy fishing coves are hidden tales of a wild and unforgiving coastline that has seen dramatic shipwrecks, heroic rescues and tragedy. It's for this reason that the Cornish are never shy to show their support for the RNLI, our selfless crew and dedicated lifeguards.

Our west Cornwall team have already raised a fantastic £4.1M to date and attended 20 events last summer. Will you be there to help them on our lifeguarded beaches and lifeboat stations this year?

Will you stand with us?

Our brave volunteer crews are still on call, 24/7, despite the global pandemic. We urgently need you to stand with us in these uncertain times so they can continue to be there for you, your loved ones and everyone who needs them.
