Toolstation logoThe RNLI Flood Rescue Team is made up of volunteer lifeboat crew members and operational RNLI staff who are specially trained to provide emergency search and rescue services in the event of inland flooding.

With ongoing incidences of extreme weather, the services of our Flood Rescue Team are being called on more and more.

'Toolstation is enjoying exceptional success across the UK and we were keen to become involved in something that offered national benefit,' says Managing Director Neil Carroll.

'Through fundraising and other activities, many of our staff have now worked with members of the RNLI Flood Rescue Team and we have very much been made to feel as though we are part of the team ourselves.’

Toolstation's support includes a donation commitment of £40,000 per year, as well as extra funding from the sale of RNLI  merchandise in Toolstation's 300+ UK branches and at

In addition, we are extremely grateful to Toolstation employees who raise more money every year through a variety of fun fundraising events.
