Beaumaris RNLI assist boat aground.
The Beaumaris Atlantic 85 inshore lifeboat Annette Mary Liddington was launched at 4.10 pm and made its way to an area known as “Platters” and located a boat that had grounded on them.
As no damage appeared to have been done to the craft the lifeboat waited for the boat to re-float on the incoming tide and then escorted the vessel for a while to ensure no hidden damage had occurred to the vessel.
Once satisfied that the boat was still fully seaworthy the lifeboat left to return to her boathouse in Beaumaris.
The inshore lifeboat arrived back at Beaumaris at 5.25 pm and was refuelled and prepared for further service by 6.00 pm.
