Ted Luckin: 60 years of lifesaving
An interview with Ted Luckin, crew member and volunteer at Cromer Lifeboat Station for over 60 years
Cromer Lifeboat Station has a rich history of lifesaving, with its crew having won a large number of RNLI gallantry medals over the years. Ted Luckin has been a volunteer at Cromer since he was recommended to join the crew by Henry Blogg - the legendary lifesaver himself. In this video, Ted talks about his time at Cromer, how he joined, and what it feels like to have been a lifesaver for over 60 years.
If Ted's story has inspired you, find out ways you can help save lives at sea over at the RNLI volunteering pages. You can also power us to the rescue by making a donation. We can't save lives without your support. Help us save lives at sea and donate today.
