Have you heard that four letter word?
Lifeboat volunteers are reluctant to call themselves a 'hero'. But who are THEIR heroes?
RNLI lifesavers, like Emma Sutton from Ramsgate Lifeboat Station, can only do what they do best because of your support. Without your kindness, they couldn't complete the training they need to use their lifeboats effectively, to treat casualties, or navigate the often stormy seas that surround the UK and Ireland. Without your generosity, they wouldn't have the equipment they need to protect them from the elements, to transport them to those in desperate need of rescue, or to keep them warm enough so that they have the strength to pull someone out of danger.
Your support is behind each and every one of the lives saved by the RNLI. So when a crew member is paged, a lifeboat is launched, or a lifeguard enters the surf, you are right there alongside with them, powering them every step of the way. Thank you.
